Hey gang! Trying to figure out what trade skills to use on Knifêparty for Legion and I wanted to see what everybody else was planning on doing. I know we will obviously have duplicates but I figured I would ask anyway just to kind of take a poll here.

I'm torn at the moment between Inscription/Herbalism or Leatherworking/Skinning. Do we have anyone that is planning on playing a lot that is going to do Leatherworking? I know we have at least 1 scribe already with Jimmy.

I asked about what professions "raiders" are going to use, but it doesn't extend to just raiders. My biggest concern is over what professions any of our ACTIVE players are planning on doing. So if you plan on being around in Legion and putting some serious work into any trade skill then let me know!

P.S. Gathering skills don't matter so much as what crafting skills you plan on pursuing.

Undecided. If I go with Warrior then I'll be a miner/blacksmith for sure.

I'm alchemy on my druid as per usual. When we actually do get to play alts my pally has enchanting/jewelcrafting and my lock has eng. The profession system is one of the things I'm most excited about, especially after WoD ruined them!

Ulth will be working on tailoring and enchanting from the get go, even if they don't seem as exciting as they have before. We should set up a trade system so we can all get the first Obliterum quest out of the way (You need items from tailoring, blacksmithing and leatherworking to get it)
No, I really wasn't standing in fire. Seriously.

I will keep jewelcrafting on the warrior and may keep alchemy. My plan is to do as I did in the last expansion: level my main and her professions, then level my druid with dual gathering. However, if necessary, I will drop alchemy for mining on the warrior. Depends on the drop rate of BOP mats without gathering.

I'll have every crafting profession close to or at max as soon as my 4 main characters are 110. which won't be too long as I play at work and home. My main raider will most likely be leatherworking and jewelcrafting. My core alt is alchemy and enchanting.

Both Fithos and Sanctos are Blacksmithing. Depending on which toon I pick will be the difference between Jewelcrafting (Sanctos) or Engineering (Fithos).

I'm doing LW Skinning on Rizca. That's the toons I'll play 99% of the time

Probably playing my hunter, who has mining/BS. But I also plan on leveling my priest as well, who has Tailoring :)

I voted for tailoring, but since no one has elected for inscription yet, I may go that route instead.

Thanks for the post Zulgoth. I'm actually planning on probably going Inscription/Herbing, but we will have duplicates no matter what. So def do whatever sounds the best to you. I just wanted to make sure we didn't have any holes to plug much like you were.

My main is Tailoring/Jewelcrafting, but I think I have every profession covered by an alt at this point
